I've never been to West Elm!

Going in Ikea gives me anxiety. There's no West Elm near me. So most of my home decor comes from Target or local stores.

Love West Elm! It's a bit pricey though.

I'm obsessed with both!!! But I've only made one major purchase from west elm cause I'm a cheapie.

I don't shop at either but I prefer west elm items.

I wish we had a West Elm.

Never even heard of West Elm. We go to Ikea for some things and used to have a lot of things from there simply because we couldn't afford nice furniture and had to get set up quickly in our last place. But I think with any place you don't want too much of one thing. Or at least I don't!

@runnerd: Walking through and looking at all the rooms set up is fun. But once we tried to pick out a piece of furniture that had all these customizable parts (drawers and shelves and cabinet door options and hardware) and I just couldn't deal with all the options. We went down on that lower level and it trying to make a whole piece of furniture out of all these different shaped boxes. I just couldn't get my brain organized enough to do it, haha. I guess I'm not cut out for the Ikea model!
