Has anyone used to Ikea potty? Did you like it? I feel like a lot of potties are so overpriced but just wanted to check it doesn't leak pee everywhere or anything

We have the Lockig, the one with two parts and it's awesome. Easy to clean and pee/poop always stays only in the part that you empty.

We also have the two part one - I thought it was very similar to the bjorn potty for about a quarter of the price.

I have both the one and two part versions, and I honestly have trouble understanding why anyone would spend more on a potty when those work so well. I'd never use anything else.

@sarac: Yeah I was reaaally struggling to justify the $$ on the expensive ones. I bought the two part one today and it seems pretty good - LO likes it anyway

@travelgirl1: I should have thought to check Ikea! I got my LO 2 potties, one from Kid-to-Kid (consignment store) and another from Tot Swap (consignment sale). I think one was $4 and the other $10 (a fancier model with a removal insert that can be used with a regular toilet). I was a little sketched out by the fact that another child had peed in them, but I hosed them off, soaked them in bleach, and then was cool with it! So anyway, you might want to check out consignment if you prefer the Bjorn.
ETA: ooops, totally missed your update! Glad your LO likes it! Maybe I'll check it out if I decide we need a third. I sort of want multiples... one for upstairs, downstairs, and the car... but maybe that is overkill.

Awesome! We went to Ikea today and got one. I was standing there trying to Google reviews vs. the Bjorn one, but I was unsuccessful so I'm glad to hear that people like it.
