@Danizaur: Thinking of you and hoping things go quickly now!! So glad your side pain is better!

I remember those checks and they were the worst, especially when being told there was little to no progress! Hope they confirm labor next time and you can get your epi (I'm assuming you want one since you said zero desire for med-free at this point) and things start progressing. I still remember how giddy I was once I caved and got the epi and couldn't even feel it the next time she checked me.

@wonderstruck: Without that side pain I feel like I can hold off on the epi a little longer. I'm definitely open to it but my desire for it isn't as strong now. Phew. I'm glad.

@Danizaur: the checks were horrible until I got my epi. Try taking a really deep breath as she checks. That helped me a little bit.

Again, check was hell. At a solid 1 she said. So that's good. Not great progress, but still progress. Got up and walked a while but got tired out pretty quick.

@Danizaur: not sure if you're trying for med-free or not? but my epi relaxed me, I woke up 2 hours later ready to push!! Hang in there mama, thinking of you!

Just woke up. Slept all night thanks to a sleeping pill. Side pain is back but it's not stabbing anymore, just dull and sore. Haven't had anymore contractions since I've woken up.
They unhooked my monitors in the middle of the night so I'm waiting on them to come give me some news. I don't want to believe I labored in all that pain, made it to a 1, and just stopped.

@Danizaur: I'm hoping you progressed overnight and will have some answers soon! Glad you got some rest.

Hugs!! This has been such a long process for you. You are laboring like a champ.
Even if it doesn't seem like you're making progress you are getting closer to meeting your baby every moment. Thinking about you and LO!

I hope you and baby are well. Hoping for a successful delivery if it comes to that or the pain stops and everyone is still ok

Contractions have started back up but they feel like Braxton hicks honestly. About 4-5 mins apart. Idk what this means. Doctor will be in around 11 or so and they'll see what they want to do
Even though I dilated to a 1 last night im having a hard time believing I'm in real labor. I'm expecting to get sent home soon. Just trying to relax into the contractions just in case and let them work but my spirits are going down, down, down.
Luckily my day nurse is here again today from yesterday. She doesn't hurt as bad when she checks me. Hoping she checks me soon.

More like 8 minutes apart now but they are picking up in intensity a bit...similar to last night before bed.
Someone please explain my body to me.

@Danizaur: Aw sounds so frustrating. Sooner or later you'll get a baby out of this mess though! Good luck

@Danizaur: You may not have a pattern. My contractions never had a set pattern, they just got more intense. That may be what is happening with your labor! I hope the next check shows more progress.

@Danizaur: thinking of you! Like @avivoca: my contractions never got regular , just stronger. After 24 hours of labor I got an epi after stalling at 3cm forever. After the epi things went so so quickly, and I delivered my baby girl just 4 hours later.
The hardest part for me in not progressing quickly was doubting if I was really in labor and if they would send me home (they actually did send me home around 8hrs in to go get some lunch but told me to come back a couple hours later and they would admit me).
Anyway. Moral of the story is keep your spirits up and hopefully you are holding your sweet baby soon ! You never know when your body will decide to kick things into high gear and get things going

27 hours in the hospital, 28 hours no food, suffering through excruciating pain and I'm leaving without my baby again. The doctor on call checked me (painfully) and confirmed that I wasn't in labor. My contractions had completely stopped by the time he came in. No answers about my stomach or side pain. He just said I was "fine". My baby is still fine so that's all that matters.
DH and I both just cried. We are just out of energy mentally and physically. I will probably stay off the Bee for a while, probably until I have an actual birth to report.

@Danizaur: oh my gosh I'm so so sorry that is devastating and infuriating.
