My baby is only 3 months so still tiny but I just bought one from Old Navy and it works perfectly for us.

I have two and they worked well. The only problem was that it got a bit hot in there and my LO hated that. He got crazy sweaty inside. In the end, I decided not to use them anymore and draped a Aden & Anais blanket over his head while I was nursing. Now I don't even bother with that and just do the old tank top under shirt thing where you pull the tank top down and pull the shirt up.

I liked them, because it allows you to see your babe the whole time (the banding on the top allows it to stand out from your chest just enough for you to see). I used it everywhere.

I got one, but the first couple times I tried they were like heck no! Now that they are older, they will tolerate a scarf if I'm wearing one (and tug on it) but they definitely don't want it covering them up. And wearing one makes me sooo hot while nursing.
