For weeks now, I cannot seem to go to sleep at night. I try, I really do, but I just cannot go to sleep before 1 a.m. Then, to top it off, P has been waking up at like 5:30, when she used to sleep until 7 or 8 and I am a zombie after 4 hours of sleep. I have been napping during her morning nap because by that time I can hardly keep my eyes open!

I am thinking that the only thing that I can do is maybe try to skip the nap and hope to get to bed early. Either that, or take some melatonin (which I think is safe for bf). I am at a loss.
