Little Miss Rosalyn Frances! She was born on June 21st at 40 weeks 1 day. She was 7 lbs 11 oz and 20 inches long. DH and I were shocked that she was a girl lol (we were team green). We're both absolutely smitten. I'll share her birth story a little later on

@sorrycharlie: Haha I will do my best to make it informative for you! Though the regular L&D wing was closed when I delivered (apparently there was a weird smell making some people sick so they closed it last month for renovations). It is scheduled to open soon though so you'll at least have the remodeled area!

@cheesetomywhine: someone I know just delivered there and said the same about L&D being in a diff location. Funny thing is my DH is an electrician, & the company he works for is doing the electric for the refurb! I wonder what they're doing to it. I've heard the L&D nurses are great but post-partum not as much. I know one of the L&D nurses..if you had her, Dita?

@sorrycharlie: What a small world! Our nurse said it was a strange smell that was making some people have headaches. She thinks it was from the age of the building and the fact that it is interior so no windows to circulate the air. I didn't have anyone named Dita :(. I liked both the L&D nurses and the postpartum. They were all really cheery.
@Thehistoryofus: Thanks! I bought two little outfits today so she'd have something to fit into. And we've been gifted some lovely girl clothes already. Their clothes are just so darn cute!

@cheesetomywhine: I heard the thing about the smell too. Crazy! We don't have our hospital tour until August (our child birth class is Aug 11, and I think it's after that?) but I can't wait to see what they've done.
