We started this morning. Do I give him solids every meal? What did you do?

We started offering just dinner then a few weeks later added breakfast. Now at seven months we have added lunch. No snacks yet.
How'd he do?

our ped said every meal, but we started with breakfast and sometimes dinner, but it wasn't consistent.

We did one meal around lunch when I ate for a month and a half until he seemed hungryish around breakfast an more into it and then when he seemed hungry around dinner. So 1 meal at 6 m 2nd meal at 7.5 and 3rd shortly after

@oliviaoblivia: he did great, thanks for asking. He wasn't into it at first, but halfway through I couldn't give it to him fast enough for his liking.

@Mrs. Polish: yay!!! Good eater ! We also started with just once a day. A week or so later we offered it twice and now he eats bfast, lunch and dinner at almost 7 mo !

My doc or OT (not sure which) said 1x for about a month, then two, then 3 by about 9 months.
