If you want a custom invitation -- that is, a design that no one else is using -- then I think your expectations might be slightly too high. I design invitations and when I create a custom invitation, after all is said and done, I've put in a few hours -- I'd definitely want more than $20 for it, even if I'm just sending you the PDF file.

If you're just looking for a good designer who has invitations in your theme and can customize the name, date, etc., perhaps you can post your theme and one of us can help you find someone of interest!
