the iPad mini seems like a decent size and a good price. but if you have one, do you wish you had a normal sized iPad?

Mini! I actually have both for work and the only time I use my regular one is if my mini battery is dead. I have all the same apps on both so really the only difference is the size, and the mini is just so much more convenient.

I really think it's just personal preference. Like @JennyPenny: we have both, but I actually prefer the full size one to the mini. I feel like the mini isn't that much bigger than my iphone so I tend to use my iphone or the full size ipad.

I 'upgraded' from a standard to mini- love it. The only reason I see for a full size is if you were mostly watching tv/movies.

I have a mini and love it! Its about the same size as my kindle so its perfect for travel...I also use it on the back of the front Carseat for K to watch shows - its the perfect size for that.
DH has the regular and loves it...so I think its just personal preference!

Love our mini! I actually forgot it's not the full size one because it's plenty big!
I watch a lot of Netflix on ours and it's never been a problem.

I have a mini and I think its the perfect size. No regrets on not getting the full size iPad.

We have both and I prefer the regular iPad for watching Netflix and PBS Kids. Otherwise the mini is great and takes care of all my other needs.

Mini! I had the full size before and prefer the more compact size of the mini.

I have the mini and love it! We use it regularly for watching kid shows and grown up shows and I have no complaints! I don't have the full size to compare it to but when j see them they seem really big!

I just went through this debate.
My final decision was full size because I use it for FaceTime a lot and with a bigger screen the kids don't have to crowd around the iPad quite as much. -

I debated too, but I'm so happy I went with the full size. The mini is too close to my phone and wouldn't have had as much value add for me.
I watch a lot of Netflix on ours and it's never been a problem.
