Yes, I have an iPad. I think it was about $600. Totally worth every penny! I use it all the time, it really helps me stay connected even though LO runs my life now.

Got the iPad. It was the top price for the one without the 4g. Can't remember how much. $800?
Not sure that it's worth the cost of an actual computer but I use it a lot now that I'm at my parents place and they have a sucky computer and no cable tv. It is very handy and I didn't think I'd like it as much as I do.

iPad for $700 I think? It really isn't a necessity but it makes life convenient so I can have some kind of Internet device in every room (kinda sad)!

Do you have one? Yup
Which one? The new one, The Ipad 3 or 4 or whatever it is.
How much was it? I think $740? or something like that
Was it worth the cost? Ehhh I don't know if it was worth THAT much, but it's pretty cool and we like it so I guess it was!
What's your favorite thing to do on it? My husband got it because now that we moved, he has a longer commute so it's something for him to use on the train. So his favorite thing to do is probably be able to check espn on it and watch all the videos wherever he is! We also like to watch movies on it.

We have a kindle fire. DH won it from my dentist for "liking" him on Facebook. I just go online, play on hellobee, facebook, pinterest.

We have a first generation iPad, we use it to load apps and videos for our son, which we use on super long car and airplane rides.
We paid over $800 for it, about 2 years ago.

I have the Kindle Fire
It was $140 - got it refurbished with 1-year warranty
We've had it for a week now and I think it's really handy. I use it to read books (I read really fast so it's nice not to have to worry about where I'm going to get a new book), browse the internet, display recipes when cooking, let DD play Memory or drawing ap games and DH uses it primarily to play Angry Birds. I think it will be especially useful when traveling with DD, it has games and Netflix so we can get shows for her to watch. Plus, it's nice and slim and fits in my purse!

We just got the iPad3 for $500. It's not a necessity, but DH and I both use it a lot over our laptops.
My iPad routine is draw something, pinterest, twitter, facebook, then safari for Hellobee

We have the Blackberry Playbook and got it for super cheap $150? $130? Hubs' boss' fiancee works for RIM and they were having some super employee discount something...Anyway, *I* only use it to play games or when we're in bed we'll watch TED or YouTube videos on it. My husband actually uses it to study (he has his CFA notes on it)...

I am now of the opinion that an iPad/tablet/iPhone is a must have baby item. I am on my iPad most of the day when my little guy sleeps. Opening and waiting for my laptop to start wouldn't work and the iPad is so light and portable that I can take it from room to room with me. So....
Yes, I have an ipad2.
It was a birthday gift from hubs, but I think he spent about $600ish. It doesn't have 3G..
Totally worth the cost and hubs says the same thing all the time.
I use it mostly to surf the Internet, but also use an app (Baby Connect) to track the little guy's feeding and sleeping, FaceTime with family so they can see him and some games.
