To start planning a second birthday party??? 
We had a realllly slow stretch at work this afternoon, and I started pinning ideas for E's (pretty small and casual) second birthday party...in August! And last night I ordered a birthday shirt--but to be fair, it was on discounted clearance

def not too early! i sent invites out a month before O's party. so to do the invites you need a theme...right?

We just had DDs second birthday party and it was so much fun! I didn't start thinking until a month out, but I'm grateful for every second of advance thinking I did--you never know when things are going to get crazy.

Actually that's a good idea seeing as I'll potentially have a 2-3 week old at the time. Exceeeppt. Ya. I'm lazy and totally not organized like you are.

I started pinning this week for M's first birthday. He's 11 weeks.
D is an August kid. His parties have always been fun. This year he optex for a zoo day trip instead of a party. Works for me!

I started planning B's birthday party about 6 months out, so definitely not too early. I had to book the cake person a year in advance.

@lovehoneybee: it's a busy time do year for sure. My dad and BIL are already busy the day of DS party so I know we need to et the invites out soon! Gotta start thinking about a cake too!

I already have a baby book designed and LO isn't going to even be born for another 2 months lol. I don't think you're planning to early at all!
