Hi all the experienced moms, I was wondering if you could share your thoughts. I notice some changes of my 10.5-week old babies.

- A few days ago she started to sleep longer at night... approx. 10-11 hours.
- She has been eating more. Before she ate 25 ounces per day. But now she eats 28 ounces per day.
- She used to have 4 naps per day - 1.5 hours of wake up time and then 1.5 - 2 hours of nap. But now usually 2 of the naps are not that good - she refuses to nap or often wakes up early.

I'm thinking of adjusting her schedule to like this:
8:30 a.m.: Wake up, feed, play (fixed point)
10:30 a.m.: Begin first nap (2-hours) of the day
12:30 a.m.: Wake up, feed, play
2:30 p.m.: Begin second nap of the day
4:15 p.m.: Wake up, feed, play
6:15 p.m.: Begin third nap of the day
7:45 p.m.: Wake up, bedtime routine, feed
9:30 p.m.: Bedtime (fixed point)

Each feed will be 7 ounces (and yes she has started to eat 7 ounces already though not every feed).

I was wondering if anyone has any experience of reducing the no. of feeds to 4 feeds and no. of naps to 3 naps at around this age (close to 3 months). Thanks very much!
