@Snowdrop: What's vitex?? is it something I can get without a prescription?
I'm so frustrated with this whole thing I'm actually considering going back on BCP and not bothering anymore

@babycanuck: it is an herb which works on your pituitary gland. It syppresses prolactin which in turn produces stronger O and higher progesterone. It's widely available but i got the tincture as its meant to be better absorbed. There is a chance of course that it won't work but I know enough about my cycles and hormone levels to know that just leaving it to nature is going to be pretty fruitless so im will to take the risk.

@babycanuck: oh forgot to say it's an old herb so has lots of names including agnus castus and chaste berry.
