After one of the mildest winters we've had in a long time, we just had two snowstorms in the last week and apparently there is more snow on the way!
And here I thought we'd get Spring a lot earlier this year!

yesterday no, My 4 year old is convinced it's spring, and in all honesty, she's worn rubber boots and her raincoat witha heavy sweater a few times instead of snow gear.
However, today we see flurries again.
I knew it wasn't spring yet because we haven't had the Saint patricks day storm yet.

Ha, YEP!! I've read that mild El Nino winters can = really cold and wet springs where we are. So I am not gonna be fooled, though the 60 degrees next week sounds awesome! But with our luck, it'll snow in May

Um no. Winter apparently didn't come this year. It's supposed to be 85 today.

We have had a very mild winter overall. Now, the weather can't make up its mind! We were in the 70s over the weekend and the beginning of this week but it has cooled off again but is supposed to be beautiful middle of next week.

Sort of. It was 20 deg this morning. But we've had a very mild winter. Multiple times, it was over 60 deg back in Feb. That is crazy to me.

Mild winter, but we had a record snowstorm. And we're supposed to get a couple inches tonight. The weather has been so wacky this year...last week we had a tornado touch down in our county during a violent thunderstorm and then it snowed the next day...as someone who's very sensitive to dramatic weather shifts (very prone to getting migraines, specifically but not exclusively) I've been a hot mess;.

Technically, but it is 60 degrees and sunny this morning, so that's not very "wintery". It has been an extremely mild winter in TX this year. We usually get snow at least once or twice, but we haven't gotten anything whatsoever this year.

Yup, I don't get fooled by warm springlike temps this early. It just means a lot of people are going to get sick.
@LovelyPlum: I've definitely seen flurries on my birthday!

Yes, but in New England you have to mentally consider winter til at least the end of March And hope for a nice April!
Have had a bunch of nice days lately, but cold again today, in the 20s!

I'm in New England and it certainly SEEMS like winter is over! We were supposed to have a winter storm the other day, but it ended up just being rain. And it's going to be almost 70 next week! All my snow has melted.
But I'm still waiting for the 2 feet of snow that we always get. It will probably hit in June.

We've been all over the place. 60s in the past week, then down to the 20s tonight and we're expecting 1-3 inches of snow by mid-morning, then 70s next week!

Still some snow in the forecast, but the flowers think it's spring! We have crocuses and daffodils working their way up, thanks to an unusually mind winter.

No! There's pollen all over my car. The coolest temp predicted over the next 10 days is 77. I think I wore my jacket once all winter.

We're getting light snow today, but next week it's supposed to be 70!

I wish! It was in the 80s-90s all of February. We got maybe 4 days of rain in January. What El Nino?

Winter barely made it here at all this year! The cherry blossoms started blooming this week too, so beautiful.

No. Although we are forecast snow tomorrow. None of us wore coats today, it is so mild!
