Or is it just a variation of "smushed"?
I'm writing a blog post now about my new favorite topic (constipation/poop), and was wondering whether to use smooshed or smushed. Ah, good times.
Is "smooshed" a word?

When talking about poop I would go with smushed!!
To me you only smoosh cute things... ie: "That baby's cheeks are so smooshy!"

I think technically neither of them are words.. but I agree for poop smushed is better

I regularly use smooshed or smooshy when talking about my dog's (pug) face, fwiw

I hope smooshed is word because it's awesome and it should be one. But, like PP, I seem to only use it with cute things, so I vote you use "smushed."
