I love to eat at night. Not snack food, but like full meals. I've cut back recently, and it's made a big difference.

Now I will generally only have cukes/broccoli/celery at night with mayo/tabasco. I know the mayo has a lot of calories, but it's better than eating a full meal at least.

I love a good midnight feast though! Why is that losing weight basically entails identifying things you enjoy and eliminating them? It's kind of depressing. In any case, I'd rather not snack at night then stop drinking wine so at least I have that.

Is there a time after which you will not eat any more food?
