Tonight I noticed that, ummmm...My boobs do not look as great as they once did. I've been breastfeeding for 3 months and since I lost the last bit of my preg weight, they look flatter!
Wth? Anything I can do? Will they re-inflate when I wean or go back to prepreg cup size (was a C, now a D)?
I'm scared!

I never got my boobs back after G.... I'd also like to note that I didn't breastfeed so it's really just pregnancy itself that can negatively affect the ladies. =/

At one point I had lost over 150 pounds I had saggy boobs till I started doing hard core work outs. upper body workout was key to picking the ladies back up & over time the skin should bounce back a little. Granted they will never be as perky as they were freshman year in HS but they weren't as bad. Then again there is always agmentation after your done with kids

I've read that 1) not just a result of breastfeeding, but a result of pregnancy in general and 2) the tissue in your breasts changes from fat storage to milk storage when nursing and afterwards it takes some time for them to shift back to storaging fat, but should become more full feeling over time...I weaned a month ago after 21 months and feel like I have nothing! I totally thought they shrank to a AA, but the lovely VS lady informed me they are nearly a B, just waiting for them to feel more full and not so flab floating in the wind again
