I am racking my brain trying to think of whether or not there is anything I need to get for baby #2.
Is there anything you bought for #2 that you didn't have for #1?
The only thing I can think of is a white noise machine that doesn't shut off after 45 minutes, and maybe a video monitor.
Also, the bamboo A+A swaddles. I just got the "regular" ones for DD, but the bamboo is so much softer!

I thought I needed the Rock n Play but my baby HATES it.

@autumnlove: HAHA, we got the Rock N' Play for #2, too. I didn't have it for W and I was so jealous of all the moms who raved about their LO's sleep in the RNP. Hopefully #2 likes it!

DEFINITELY a sound machine hands down. I didn't need one for #1 because we were all pretty quiet when he was napping. But with another baby/toddler in the house, you definitely will need a good sound machine to drown out all of the noise!

@autumnlove: We just got one of these (as a gift luckily lol) for #2! Hopefully we don't have the same experience 
We got the RNP, a double stroller, more swaddle blankets....girl clothes obviously. I think that's it!

We need a second sound machine (my friend gave us her old one since our Sleep Sheep cut out after 45 mins) and C still uses it for naps and nighttime sleep.
Double stroller that can be used as a single (like the B-Ready in case we need to take them two places separately).
Annnd I think that's pretty much it. We got a LOT of gear for our first, so we'll reuse it with #2.

So far I bought more clothes (same gender but different seasons), bamboo Aden + Anais swaddle blankets, new cloth diapers, another foscam, and a better diaper bag.

We needed a 2nd video monitor and I bought a bigger diaper bag. Those are the two things that have been useful. I also bought the Baby Bjorn bouncer and a Beco carrier, but I didn't really need those. I was just curious about them. I've sold my Beco and I will be selling the bouncer, too.
PS - we bought a cheap double stroller to use at places like the zoo. So we rarely use it and could live without.

I didn't "need" one but I bought a Arms Reach co sleeper for my 2nd and LOVED it!!! Wish I had it for my 1st!
