I think it would work well and isn't girly at all! Very gender neutral.

I don't think so at all! I think for babies, regardless of gender, the fabrics can be delicate.
I would totally use it and prefer that to bedding that has overly masculine themes.

I love it for a baby :-). Maybe not so much for a toddler boy, definitely good for a baby of sober gender.

I don't think so! Especially if paired with other neutrals, or if you are leaning more masculine, with something darker. I like it!
