I am close to my brother but I don't consider him my best friend!

My middle brother and I are very close, but not best friends. My best friend might as well be my sister though.

I have 2 sisters. My oldest sister is my second BFF!
She's almost 6 years older. We didnt get close until we were in our 20s though -
Yes. My older sister and I have always been really, really close-- we were the random sisters who WANTED to share a room even though we both had our own. We lived together for 4 years after i graduated college and only moved out because of our silly husbands (didn't they want us to all share??) We live about 4 hours apart now but she is still my best friend, we were each others maids of honor, I'm her son's godmother. I feel very, very lucky to have a sister that I am so close with.

My best friend is my sister. She's 3 years older than me and she lives about 3 minutes down the road. I lovelovelove her, and if she wasn't my sister I would still chose her as a friend. Everyone always comments on how similar we are, and we aren't afraid to call each other on our bullshit, because w can tell when the other is lying. DH loves her too, which makes me happy!

Good lord no. I barely speak to any of my siblings (6 of them) save my stepsister, and that's not very often.
My BFF (well one of them) is my stepbrother's soon to be ex-wife. I sided with her over him, and DH and I lived with her for a while over the past year.

Nope! My sister and I are a lot closer then we use to be, but I wouldn't call her my BFF. My brother lives 10 hours away, so we are close but not super close since we don't really get to hang out ever. Just emails and phone calls.

My DH is my BFF, but my sister is a close second. I love that girl.

I am semi close with my brother, and closer to my sister. Neither are my best friend, even though I know I could tell them anything and I'd feel comfortable doing so.

My sister is my best friend. She was my MOH at my wedding (I was hers, too). We talk pretty much everyday and our babies are only 6 months apart. We never weren't close, but got super close as we got older. There is a 5.5 year age difference and a brother between us.
Our mom and her sister are very close so we grew up seeing that relationship between sisters. -
Nope. I have two brothers and while we are relatively close we aren't BFFs.

Goodness no. I love my brother and we get along really well. But we certainly don't have a best friend relationship. I think I would traumatize him if I called him to discuss the things I talk to my BFFs about : )

YES! My little sister is 100% my best friend. Possibly too close at times, we joke to our partners that we come as a package deal.

My husband and I always say we're best friends haha, but I actually would say my brother is my best friend after him! We're 4 years apart and we definitely teased each other etc, through childhood but we are so close now. We talk on the phone just about every day for close to an hour. We have similar taste in music, movies and we have the same sense of humor. My husband is amazed we can talk for so long!

Yeah, my sister and I are suuuper close. She's 4.5 years younger than me, so when we were younger, it seemed like a pretty big age difference, but now, I don't notice it much at all.

My sister is my best friend, yes. But I also have a non related best friend. My sister is more of that comfort BFF though...more loving I guess you could say.

not at all. i probably wouldn't even speak to my brother on any regular basis if it weren't for my two adorable nephews.
