I'm detoxing off of bread this week. Man, I love bread. Even whole wheat bread is wonderful!

However since I started eating it while visiting my parents, I've gained almost 10 pounds. In just six weeks!! It never ceases to amaze me how quickly I gain weight when eating wheat bread.

So I decided to completely cut it out, and now I can tell I'm losing weight again. I can't believe how sensitive my body is to bread... if I could eat bread, I would be 10-20% happier!
