My daughter is on a waiting list for a preschool that would filter into the school that we want to enroll her into for Kindergarten. We won't find out until March if she got in, though.

Baby boy (due later this month) is on our daycare center wait list. He's been on it since I found out I was pregnant. We'll likely find out in May. He's pretty much guaranteed to get in since our other 2 children attend, it's just a matter of how close to our desired start date it will be...

Yes, for 2 preschools in the Fall. We don't even have a backup plan if he doesn't get in! Not too many decent preschools in our neck of the woods...

We were on a long daycare lost but thankfully got off the list in time for our first choice.

It may not be the road we take, but I like to keep it as an option.

My son is almost 4 months old and on the wait list for the daycare at my work. I got him on the list when I was 6 weeks, which was almost a year ago! I really think we' re going to have to send him to another daycare until a spot opens up. Ugh! I haven't even started thinking about preschool yet!

My mom suddenly quit as our nanny at Thanksgiving and literally every daycare around us - in-home, center, church, whatever - had waitlists through 2017! We miraculously got DS into an in-home through a direct word-of-mouth referral from a friend at the beginning of this year, but that drama got us to really gear up the preschool for DS and daycare search for LO2.
Currently, DS is on a waitlist for a 2's program at a local church preschool which they believe should be ready for him right when he turns 2 in September. The biggest issue is the infant toddler room at the same facility for DS2 due in May. We got him on the waitlist when I was 12 weeks pregnant and the earliest start date is mid-April of 2017, when he is 11 months old! Apparently the typical baby starts there super early and stays until they graduate to the 2's program so spots in the infant toddler room never open up early. But we don't want to have to have both kids at 2 different places, so we're thinking of just having a nanny until the spot opens up.
Plus there was a $125 waitlist fee for each kid!

Baby is on a waiting list for childcare. We got on the list when I was 19 weeks....sooooo many infants ahead of us. I hope a spot opens up by August!

No waitlists currently but we're gearing up for pre-k applications so they may be in our near future.

No wait list, but we're applying for kindergarten right now. We find out where she's going in April!

Yeah, he's on a waiting list for gymnastics class. It's annoying because I went to the centre Saturday morning and they told me there was space in the class and I just had to register online, so I did that and it said there was a wait list. When I called back to see what was going on they said "oh, I don't know why she said there was room, the class is full."
