Mine is! I have a pretty large coach diaper bag and it is totally full. I wish I could take stuff out but I feel like I use everything in it!
I carry:
Changing pad
Wipes
Diapers
Aden and anais blanket
Nursing cover
Burp cloth
Extra outfit for LO
Extra nipple for medela bottle
Sometimes a bottle of breastmilk
My wallet/keys/sunglasses

Confession: I don't go out with a diaper bag anymore (or even a purse). I keep 2 diapers & travel wipes in my car along with my wallet. Phone & keys & debit card in my pocket.

No. But that's because I just got a huge diaper bag, it's meant for 2 los and I only have one.

Yep. Our bag is always stuffed full. In our defense we travel a lot so it is always ready to grab and go.

Yup! I have a Coach diaper bag also, and it's always stuffed. Rotating in and out depending when we go out:
extra outfit
extra a&a blanket
boon spoons, pouches
formula container
2-3 bottles (playtex nursers)
sometimes a small blanket for putting her down on
WET ONES!!
teether
extra paci/clip
my stuff- wallet, keys, phone, etc.
diapering supplies- changing pad, diapers, wipes

Yes! We use cloth diapers which see very bulky and don't help with the lack of space.
