Extremely supportive. Thank goodness, because it was really tough for me the first month and he basically did everything for me/the house while I focused on figuring out nursing. His emotional support was even more important; I cried on his shoulder so many times!

He is very supportive! I have gotten the most support from him. It's great, because without him, I'm not sure I would have been as successful. I wanted to give up a few times in the beginning when it was difficult and painful. Now our goal is to make it to a year or more!

I wanted to give up in the beginning because of how painful it was and mastitis but my husband encouraged me to keep at it (not in a forceful way) and I'm glad I did. So yeah, he was very supportive. When it came to weaning, he left that up to me to decide when and how.

Oh yes. He was so happy when things worked out and we didn't have to worry about paying for formula. That being said, he told me that it was up to me, I could breastfeed or I could not breastfeed. Whatever I wanted. When I would be feeding her, though, he always made sure I was comfortable. Drinks, snacks, pillows, he brought me anything I needed in those early months. Still does if I ask!

That was the number one reason for my success. H never questions "should we just try formula". Also he packed my pump bag every morning before work

He's been very supportive. He knows how important it is to me to give her what I think is the best thing for her. However, he also tells me it's up to me to stop whenever I need to (for mental, emotional, or physical reasons) and was supportive when I decided to supplement with formula to give myself a break (she wouldn't drink pumped milk).

Yes but he is excited for me to be weaning our last little one. I have been pregnant or nursing for almost four years. Shes stubborn though. She absolutely does not want to wean. It has been a bit of a battle.

Most definitely. But he was more supportive of whatever made me happy and sane. We had a lot of breastfeeding issues from the get-go and DH was supportive when we had to supplement and when I had to EP until LO would latch.

Once my LO started BFing exclusively, DH was supportive of my weekly visits to the LC because I was so paranoid my LO was eating too much or too little!

Now at 10 months DH is supportive of however long I decide to breastfeed.
