I have had the itchiest breasts since I've been breastfeeding. It is borderline painful, and I itch them so much that I now leave scabs on the sides of my breasts. Does anyone know of anything that can help this? It's driving me crazy!

Perhaps it is your skin stretching? I used Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream on my breasts and EMAB's Natural Nipple Butter on my nipples prior to and during breastfeeding.

You may have Thrush. There are all kinds of varying degrees of this but mine was similar with itching and then a bit of burning/needles after feeding.
I was able to keep things at bay by washing bras frequently in hot water and using nursing pads. After nursing I would take a cotton ball wet with vinegar and wipe off my nipple and surrounding areas.
If it is thrush you will need to probably go see the pediatrician because you can pass it back and forth from your breast to the baby's mouth.
