Well, I got a BFN today. I posted a bit ago about my first wonky cycle off BC.. so this may not mean I'm out. I hope not at least. lol. Still feeling very crampy/gassy and having tender nips. I suppose I'll keep being patient and if diablo doesn't show up in the next week, I'll test on the 4th.

@sweetchic: Ohhh exciting! I'm dying to know if you tested too!

AF isn't due until Monday or Tuesday for me, but I've already POAS a million times. I'm so dumb! Of course, they've all been BFN. Today I had a greyish evap line after 10 minutes so I feel like that is sort of exciting even though it doesn't mean anything really. I'm just ready for this cycle to be over, honestly. Once AF starts I get to schedule my HSG (and DH's SA) and move forward with our infertility treatment. So, we'll see.

Thanks for all the encouragement ladies! but I did POAS this morning and got a BFN I'll try again on Sunday since I think that's officially 2 weeks, but I am not optimistic anymore, wahhh.

@Trailmix: Sorry to hear about your CP. I went to NYU's fertility center for treatment of a short LP (and got pregnant 2 months later), so if you have any questions, let me know.

@sweetchic: I think I remember seeing several people say that they got BFNs up to 14 DPO & then a BFP after. I hope that the next two days go by quickly & that you're not out!

@tidybee I cannot even tell you how much I needed to hear that today, I've been SO down about everything so it was really uplifting to hear a success story! Do you think it was the RE's intervention that got you the BFP or do you think it would've happened on it's own? Did you do Clomid or progesterone treatments? Am very curious to hear, thanks so much and if you don't feel like sharing with the whole thread, you can post on my wall or email me or post on Moderndaisy's RE thread (saw you posted on there earlier) or something...Thanks again for giving me some hope!! xo

Hi everyone, new to the boards here!

This is our first cycle TTC and I have just started charting so slowing getting my head around everything!

    Cycles TTC: 1

POAS Date: Prob 15th August but that is just a guess. This is my first cycle off BCP too so I'm not sure how long my cycles are yet.

Favorite Dessert: New Cadbury chocolate that has just come out with popping candy in it, sprinkled over ice cream - yum!

I usually don't check in until after O, but I am CD4 here and feeling lonely. My husband is a firefighter and just got called away to work =( I have a feeling I will be stalking this thread like crazy. Instead of stalking, I've decided to talk haha.

Cycles TTC: Just started our sixth cycle =(

POAS Date: As of now, August 28. That seems so far away =(

Favorite Dessert: Right at this moment, it would be Coldstone cake batter ice cream with yellow cake and oreo mixed in. Annnnd I'm on my way out to get one..now!

@dharmainitiative: *waves* I agree talking is way more fun than stalking . Oh, and I am SO trying that heavenly coldstone dessert next week. YUM.

@sylvie_b: It's soooo good. I get it with double oreos and extra mashed. August 10 is right around the corner! How many DPO will you be?

  19. lomom

I'll be 11/12 DPO tomorrow... Trying to resist the urge to test until I actually miss my period. Is it possible to get a bfp at 11/12 DPO?

I feel like I've been experiencing preg symptoms the past 4-5 days... With the most noticeable being the fatigue and slight darkening of areolas. I'm worried it's all in my head though. I bought two dollar store tests so I'm thinking of testing tomorrow with FMU since its not like I forked out HUGE bucks for the test...

  20. singingbee

    pomelo / 5073 posts

@septemberlove: yes, most people will wait until 10-12 dpo to take their first test.

  21. ChuckNorris

    apricot / 368 posts

@septemberlove: Yeah, it's hecka possible! I start testing at 10 DPO. lol

@septemberlove: If you are on Fertility Friend, here's an article with good links to show the stats on getting a positive at 11/12 DPO

@Mrs. Bird, @Smurfette: I'm disappointed, I so badly wanted to be pregnant again after our previous mc. However, out of the 3 doctors I've seen one did say do not get pregnant this cycle, I know everyone else will tell you that you can but I'm saying please don't. Maybe this was Gods way of agreeing.

How many dpo will you be!

@Alison206 I'm sorry, I was hoping it would happen for you this month...but August is the perfect 'teacher' month to get knocked up, right?? So hopefully it will happen next cycle!

What does the TWW have to pass so slowly, aaarrrggghhh! I'm just 7 DPO and so anxious to test! As usual, I am symptom spotting, which obviously has not been any true indication of a positive in the past 7 cycles You would think I would learn to stop imagining that these symptoms are any different.

New this month though, i feel some lower abdomen twinges...hoping they might be signs of implantation....or I may just be crazy!

I made an RE appt. yesterday so if I don't get a BFP this cycle we will see what the RE thinks!

Best wishes that the BFPs continue after so many in July! Baby dust to you all!!!

I've got a question for you lovely ladies of the hive... Does anybody why i am having some bright red spotting on CD 10? it cant be implantation because obviously i have'nt O'd yet.

I've never seen this before, so obviously i'm stumped...could it be a UTI?

  34. PBandBaseball

    clementine / 861 posts

@kentuckygirl: I'm also at 7 DPO and keep having phantom symptoms. You'd think I'd know better than to try to symptom spot so early! Here's hoping the next week goes by quickly!!

@Adira: I have and they are AMAZING....they are just sooo time consuming to make. They came out all moist and delicious. I made them for a party at work, and they were a huge hit!

@April_Showers: Oh my gosh, I KNOW! I made a bunch of cake balls for a 4th of July party once. I used white cake so that I could use food coloring to make them red, white, and blue. It was sooooooo time consuming! But they were a huge hit at least! I still haven't perfected dipping in the coating though - that always comes out kind of terrible for me. Not sure what the secret is to make them look good.
