@Winnie13: holy smokes!!!!! The moral of the story - don't place too much value in the darkness of a line
I also had to wait till 12dp5dt and mine was 950-something. And he's currently 2 years old taking a nap So I'd say that's a good number!

My 7 1/2 month old started as a 315 at 13dp5dt, I think. How can these numbers vary so much? Crazy!
honeydew / 7463 posts
@momazon: the range truly is insane! I know mine was particularly high though because my RE was suspicious of twins before our ultrasound. And I had only transferred one! He thought it might have split based on the beta alone.

@Winnie13 yowza girl that is amazing news. I'm so so happy to read all of these BFPs. I have to admit I'm super paranoid I will ruin the string of good luck. Getting so nervous for Friday!

Thank you all so much! I'm still in shock, but just so thankful!! Today is a great day! It is so crazy how different Beta's can be!
@SweetiePie: Tell me about it! I had myself convinced! I mean it was a bad 2 days! Google is the devil!
I'm just so thankful for all the encouragement and support from you wonderful ladies!
@Mrs. Pajamas: As a Debbie downer myself (clearly), don't think like that!! Stay positive! You will get your sweet miracle!

June baby would be so good. Loads of sticky dust to you @Winnie13. I tested again today at 11dp5dt and 6 days past 5000 iu booster hcg. Fingers crossed for beta result!

A different person was at Quest this morning and he didn't put *stat* in the system. I asked him as I was signing the consent if it was stat and he says, oh, I didn't put it in the system, but I know it is and will call to have this picked up.... but if it's not in the system, will they process it right away!? AAHHHH!!! This is the first time in God knows how many blood draws they didn't put it on the orders! Oye, I hope it's processed today!

Good luck @purplepumps!
Just got my beta - 167? Can I now be cautiously happy to be pregnant after so many years?? Any advice is appreciated.
honeydew / 7463 posts
@TheHopingStar: I'm sorry, I know nothing about hcg boosters so I'm afraid to speculate! Did your clinic give any information with the beta number?
honeydew / 7463 posts
@PurplePumps: torture!!!! Did you hear anything yet?
AFM, we gave the go ahead to my Re: to test the two embryos we have. We decided it's a worthwhile gamble if it saves us from another round. And I'm on a rest cycle anyway so it's not like we're losing any time.

@SweetiePie: Nada. I did tell my nurse about it before lunch, and she said that's ok... if they didn't get results by the afternoon (it's 3:12 now!!) they would just give Quest a call...
Sending you good vibes for normals so you can avoid another retreival!!!

@PurplePumps: I was coming to check if you got your results!! Keep us posted! @TheHopingStar: Thank you! Hoping the best for you too! When should the bolster be out of your system??
pomegranate / 3809 posts
@Winnie13: Did you have your estradiol and progesterone tested yesterday too? I just saw my results, but have no idea what to make of it. My doc didn't talk about them at all. (E-180 and P-17.something)

@SweetiePie: i think sending them for testing totally makes sense. hoping for great results for you! will you find out next week?
@PurplePumps: i've been coming back to check on you! I'm sure this has felt like the longest day!
We got the call today that we are scheduled for 8:30 on Friday. Not going to lie - would have loved to be able to sleep in a bit and skip rush hour traffic since I spend so much time in it other days, but also SO excited to get this darn show on the road! Trying to keep my excitement in check - but this will be the first time since June that we even have a chance at a

@PurplePumps: If I did, they never told me. I got my first done in house. Tomorrow, I'll be going to Lab Corp and making sure it's "stat"!! From what I remember from another board, I'm pretty sure those are good levels. I know p needs to be above 15, so yours sounds great! Maybe email your office tomorrow to see what they say?
pomegranate / 3809 posts
@Winnie13: I think actual P at the uterus is higher now cause I'm using the suppositories which don't show up in blood work. But that's a relief to hear that my own levels are actually decent , makes me a little less paranoid when I feel like all the gel is coming out!

ahhhh... 735. She said they like to see 50-100% rise in 48 hours, and this is 70% rise, so they are ok with it... but they're going to have me do another on Friday.

@PurplePumps: What a waiting game they made you go through and now you have to do it again on Friday?! That seems like a good rise and your progesterone number seems good too (I don't know enough about E levels). Like you said, since you are taking supplements, the readings are sometimes off since it's absorbed differently.
Are you having any symptoms?
pomegranate / 3809 posts
@NorthStar: No symptoms at all. Just a little minor cramping occasionally (or that could be stomach issues.. I dunno these days HAHAA)
kiwi / 501 posts
@PurplePumps: That is wonderful!! I take that as a great sign! So glad they got your numbers to you! I'll be praying they continue to rise tomorrow!
kiwi / 501 posts
@PurplePumps: Yes! My dr.'s office never sent the orders, so even though I got there at 6:30, I had to wait until 7 when my office opens! I'm hoping I get my results today. I'm in FL and people are going crazy about this hurrricane!!
pomegranate / 3809 posts
@Winnie13: ooh! I haven't really been following this storm, but they are talking about it a lot! Stay safe!!

@PurplePumps: Can't wait to hear your numbers tomorrow! I just know they're going to be great!
@Winnie13: HOLY MOLYYYY!!!! So darn excited for you! I can't remember (so sorry!) did you transfer two? (i have been having recurring dreams that we end up with identical twins from this - we're only transferring one, but the dreams just won't stop!)
@Mrs. Pajamas: @momazon: @Winnie13: thank you ladies! getting so gosh darn nervous & excited. Loving all of the great news on this board - it's really giving me lots of hope!
