Can I just say how much I hate asking the internet about baby poop?

Anyways. We've been struggling with constipation with my LO since she started eating more solids around 9 months. We finally figured out that giving her 3/4 container of prune puree every morning was keeping things moving for her-- yay!

Except now she HATES purees and wants nothing to do with them. (either by us spoon feeding her or us loading the spoon and handing it to her, or doing pouches-- wants nothing to do with any of them).

So I asked our ped for some recommendations for what else we can do since she won't take the puree anymore and they said give her pears or peaches (except she already eats a bit of pears and clearly they aren't doing enough) or we can give her white grape juice or pear juice. They said how we give it to her and how much we give to her is just trial/error and they had no specific recommendation beyond not to give her more than 8oz/day (which seems like a TON).

So I guess that was sort of helpful... but I'm wondering if others have used white grape or pear juice to help their littles with constipation and what amounts/dilution worked for you? At least to give us some idea of where to start the process.

Currently LO has only every had breastmilk/formula and water. We offer her a straw cup of water throughout the day and she sips it often but doesn't actually drink much (maybe an oz/day if that).
