My LO LOVES his jumperoo. Otherwise I have to hold him while he jumps.

Before baby I said no big toys that take up way too much space. We were handed down a jumperoo and figured we might as well give it a try. My LO loved it and spent so many hours playing in the jumperoo. I highly recommend it, but maybe finding a gently used one will be better than paying full price. The disadvantage would be the short lifespan of such a toy, but that applies to most baby items.
