Nothing on the easy@home cheapie this morning, but I should have my FRER sometime today to test tomorrow morning at 10 dpo.

@Sams Mom: i was thinking about testing this morning but then forgot πŸ˜‚. Now I think I'll just try and wait until Sunday, my period usually starts first thing in the morning anyway

    Fingers crossed for tomorrow!

@afc061018: i totally agree that we should all be supporting each other. No matter where we are in our journey ☺

@afc061018: I appreciate your acceptance of my apology. I know I've written about it before, but my exhusband and I could not have children. He was found to be sterile. I spent my 20's trying to have a child with him and going through a plethora of tests and exams all while trying, wishing, and hoping for a baby for 5 years. It wasn't until he finally "got around" to getting checked that they found his motility and numbers were so low that he was, for all fertility purposes, considered "sterile.". This took a HUGE toll on our marriage (he even cheated on me and things got messy) and, ultimately, we divorced. I found solace, and later, love with a close friend (*who is my current husband). By then, all ideas of children had been pushed out of my head ... I was an educator and a professional. I figured it wasn't meant to be. Well, it happened. I had my daughter in my late 20's and my son at 35. I'm 38 now and I find myself struggling with 2ndary infertility which became a slap in the face since I had gone through a form of primary infertility the first go around! I, sometimes, feel like my luck ran out or my prayers years ago had been answered but now fall on deaf ears. Anyway, I know that was A LOT of sharing (which normally makes me very uncomfortable), but, heck, I talk about my cm and veiny boobs on here so whatever!? Lol. πŸ™„πŸ˜‚. I guess, I'm just writing this to say that, to some extent, I can absolutely empathize and sympathize with you when you wrote that sometimes you feel you wish you had secondary instead, simply since you would have a baby to hold. I had felt that way once. πŸ’—

@Sams Mom: temps fell .33 (still way above coverline) but NO AF cramps, still retching at smells, and I don't "feel" AF coming. I think Clomid 100 "did me wrong" this cycle! Lmao πŸ€”πŸ™„πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‚

  6. Sams Mom

    grapefruit / 4492 posts

@Kaohinani: bummer! but the other symptoms are so conflicting with your temp drop!

I have been nauseous all morning and feel drained even though I slept pretty well last night.

  7. MamaBear87

    nectarine / 2288 posts

@Kaohinani: strange but I think all of that can unfortunately be attributed to more progesterone than usual

@Sams Mom: I have a cold so I'm attributing all weirdness to the cold. I'm exhausted and things smell weird but I get that with colds

  8. Kaohinani

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

@MamaBear87: I absolutely agree. πŸ™‚ I also think the dramatic increase in Progesterone gave me the triphasic chart even though I tested with a BFN yesterday. I, suppose, some people are "Progesterone sensitive." πŸ€”πŸ˜‚

  9. MamaBear87

@Kaohinani: sometimes charting is the worst!

  10. Sams Mom

    grapefruit / 4492 posts

@MamaBear87: This might be one of the slowest two week waits I've had in months! I might be a little dramatic, but it feels like it's taken weeks just to get to a slightly justifiable ridiculously early test day.

So my husband graduates from his current police academy in a couple weeks, and I will be pinning his badge on him at graduation. I am really really really hoping that I am pregnant because I kind of want to tell him while I'm pinning him, but I know it's totally crazy and I don't think I could keep a secret for more than a week.

This comes from I found out I was pregnant with our son right after his graduation from his sheriff's academy graduation.

@Sams Mom: That is absolutely adorable! At my husband's last re-enlistment (before he retired and went Reserves), I was 7 mos pregnant with my son. All of our pictures were of me standing up there with him (with our daughter) -- he and I smiling ... and my big ol' bump on display! Those pictures are so special to us. If you are preggers at that time, what an amazing moment that would be ... not to hype up the "would be," of course. πŸ˜‰

@Sams Mom: Delurking again to say I didn't get a VVFL on a easy@home HCG until I had very positive FRERS at 13-14DPO so maybe try a FRER? I like the OPK's from them but their HCGs seem to be way way less sensitive.

  14. Sams Mom

    grapefruit / 4492 posts

@MrsMom: good to know because I've never used one knowing I was pregnant. They definitely have no problem showing stark white with one line πŸ˜‚

I just got my FRERs today in the mail

  15. MamaBear87

    nectarine / 2288 posts

@Sams Mom: they're seriously hateful as they lay there with their 1 sad line πŸ˜‚

  16. Sams Mom

    grapefruit / 4492 posts

    @MamaBear87: ain't that the truth!

@Kaohinani: My one concern is that it might not be appropriate timing... But we have been trying for a while, but the downside is more people than we would want to know yet would probably find out based on his reaction... annnnd I just remembered that one of the other recruits wives had a miscarriage at 7 weeks during academy... So I really couldn't do that, I wouldn't want to upset her.

@Sams Mom: i think I'd skip the surprise in front of a bunch of people.
I had plans of keeping it a secret between us for a bit as we told our parents right away with my daughter but we'll be at my mom's the day after my period is due so no way I'll be able to keep it a secret

Just posting here because I’m excited and there is no july poas board yet lol. I went for a follicle scan today and I have three nicely growing (two 13.5 and one 15) so I come back Sunday for another scan before I trigger. This is exciting for two reasons 1. I have DOR, so three maturing follicles is great news and 2. It anecdotally confirms heightened fertility after miscarriage
I’m surprised I don’t come in until Sunday, I figured Saturday, but we will dtd just in case Saturday so we don’t miss an egg hope the eggs continue to mature!

@MamaBear87: with our son, I tried to convince my husband to let me wait to see how long it takes someone to ask if I was pregnant or fat... He wasn't on board for some reason

We ended up telling both sets of parents when I was 7 weeks (didn't know until 6 1/2) because my husband thought we were lying to our parents by not telling them... uh no, it's called omission

So unfortunately still have to pay my doctor. Basically because it's part of my deductible my insurance company says they can't forgive the balance. I'm super crushed that they didn't check before telling me 😭

@MamaBear87: You're not ungrateful at all! You just knew an awesome thing was going to happen and then insurance rained on your parade. It's not like you had no intention of paying it.

@LAZB: you may be onto something! This is my first cycle after miscarriage and we used clomid. I had three nice size follicles and two were mature by my second scan and I already started surging on my own, so ended up not triggering. We did timed intercourse and just got my bfp last weekend.

    @starlitsky: ((hugs)) I’m sorry.

Hi ladies I have been reading along and cheering you all on. Joining in late even tho my test date won't be until July.

Cycle Day: currently CD 23... I thought I ovulated on CD14 (just based on CM, I don't temp or use OPK) but then on CD 20 I got a heap more EWCM and tummy pains so I think I actually ovulated late. We did the deed o-2 and o-5 So I am hopeful!!
TTC Cycle: first cycle after we lost our 2nd child due to chromosomal abnormality at 18 weeks gestation in April 2018
Ovulation Date: I think 26 june
POAS Date: sun 8 July... I'll be 12 DPO... if I can wait that long!
Baby #: 3..... first daughter is 2.5... second daughter miscarried in April.

I can't think of anything else other than really hoping and praying that this is our healthy rainbow baby.... I need somewhere to share this journey. Best wishes to you all.

@EmmaNZ: welcome! I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter though.

You can get multiple patches of ewcm, but it does sound like maybe you geared up to O, then didn't.

Still no AF. Day three MIA. Cd 30/15 dpo ... a really long cycle for me. The weird part? My temps went back up today!!! 😢. I have NO clue what is going on with my body! Ovulation was determined not only through temps, but also at the OBGYN's!!! Arghhh! πŸ˜• Oh well, I've got to finish packing and get everything/everyone ready for Lake Martin. Hopefully, the vacation will be relaxing. 😌

@Kaohinani: thank you:-) that really is so frustrating. Have you tested again?
