My kids vary on how long it takes them to get hungry after they wake up. My son gets decently hungry when he wakes up, but his sister doesn't really like to eat breakfast at all.

We've tried so many things, but she's just not into eating for a few hours after she wakes up. Then she gets hungry and will eat a biggish lunch. Can't decide if a light/non-existent breakfast is a problem, or if it's just her natural inclination and we should just go with it.
