Looking at getting a Baby K'Tan original, and am wondering - how do the sizes run? The sizing chart runs by dress size, and while it looks like I should be an XS, I'm wondering if a ridiculously enlarged nursing chest impacts the fit significantly? 
Would love to hear from experienced wearers!

I would say I have a large chest and I still used the xsmall. I have a grey xsmall that I'd be happy to sell to you if you're interested. We only used it a few times.

Im usually an 8-10 and wear M or L. I bought a large based on bra size 38FF while nursing and it's too big. Fits DH though. Our babies are big and fast growers so it was only useful for a couple months.

I'd size down (aka stay with xs). They say chest size shouldn't change the size you get.

They stretch out so even if it's a bit tight when you first put it on, it should be a bit more comfortable for the next wear.

I was a small/medium in normal clothing, and bought an XS based on their guidelines. I felt it was too tight and ended up buying a small once baby was here. I am petite but LO is big. It's supposed to be based on your size though, not the baby's size.

I'm normally a size 2, 32B but nursing I'm like a 34DD. I got an XS and it was fine.

I'm 5'1 110 lbs 32DD and used XS (my boobs were def bigger than normal post birth and bf-ing).
