Is there a good way to label fabric things like clothes, cloth diapers, and blankets without writing on them with sharpie? I feel like I am missing something! Any suggestions?

Another vote for name bubbles! They're dishwasher and laundry safe, and saves the time/hassle of having to write names on everything.

Mabel's Labels... Any of the above would be great too. I just look at prices among them all when I want to order.

We love name bubbles here too. We stick them on pacifiers, jackets, cups, everything. Never had one come off and we've only needed two packs in two years of daycare.

We don't label fabric stuff. Her daycare has never had any issue mixing up her clothes or cloth diapers with anybody else's.
We also don't label pacifiers. The only thing we put labels on is her breastmilk bottles and food tupperwares (back when we used to send in our own stuff, these days she just eats the stuff they make there), and that was using labels they gave us.

@SleepyMonkey: @ShootingStar: @SweetCaroline: @hellobeeboston: @Mrs. High Heels: any of these come off when you want them to? i.e. For reselling or handing down to a sibling?

@regberadaisy: @peaches1038: I've used all the labels above - I put them on the tag (for clothes) and they come off very easily when you want them to. I've also put them on bottles and used goo gone to get them off.

@dagret: how do you get them off? Trying to figure out how it doesn't come off in the wash or dryer but is easy to come off when I want it to!

@hellobeeboston: @Mrs. High Heels: did you buy the tagless or the tag version? And do they come off if you wanted them to?

@regberadaisy: I buy the tag labels, they occasionally come off in the wash but it's easy to peel them off the care labels (or sometimes I put it right on the shirt.) I have 2 kids in daycare for nearly 3 years and label EVERYTHING. I've also peeled used labels off of outgrown clothes and put them on the next size up.

@regberadaisy: yes it comes off. It takes some finagling, but does come off! And I've never had anything come off on its own in the wash before.
@peaches1038: I can't remember, but I have the round ones for clothes (I'm thinking they're the tagged ones?? But I use them for both tags and tag less), and the rectangular-ish ones for cups, bottles, lunch boxes, backpacks, etc.

Mabel's Labels. I put the tiny ones that I have from a variety pack on back in October and they're still there with no signs of peeling.

Another Mabel's Labels user! I've washed the clothing so many times, and it's still on there good. I've even peeled a few off to put onto the next sizing clothing, and they're still hanging on well!
