What do you think is the best way to prep your body for labor with approximately 11 weeks to go? I feel like I am really out of shape, and having so much pelvic pain, that worries me for the "marathon" of delivery! I wasn't exactly overweight before this pregnancy, but I had wanted to be healthier and I don't do regular exercise (cardio or strength training). Moderately active with a toddler and a job where I usually spend my shift on my feet.

My only ideas are make an effort to walk as much as possible, every day, and look into some prenatal yoga youtube videos? Any suggestions?
