I was just in the store today but they didn't have the items in stock. So I went on the website and was ab out to check out when I noticed the $21.95 shipping fee!
What's up with that?

Never ordered from them, but shipping large items costs a lot I guess! PBK adds a surcharge for large items too.

I was on the website today looking at the play homes. Even on sale things are pricey then add shopping. Too rich for my blood!

You're so lucky to be near the store. I'm am hour away and almost went to the grand opening, but didn't want to deal with traffic! I'd call the store and ask about them ordering it for you to pick up. I hate paying for shipping!

You think thats bad!! i liked a lamp shade from there and they do international shipping. They quoted $150 postage for a $20 lampshade to Australia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bahahahhaah they can keep it!

Ugh, I hate their shipping costs! If they offered free shipping more than once in a blue moon, I would buy from there more often (I don't live anywhere near one of their retail stores). I was able to get a bunch of crib sheets and changing covers when they offered free shipping months ago, but they haven't done that since -- that I've seen, anyway.

@Cchoi4: I thought about buying DDs bedding from there (no locations near us), but the shipping was such a turn off that I passed. I would call the store and see what they can do.. Maybe they can ship to the store and you can pick it up.

Btw that's nuts that they charge by price. Most places are $50+ ship free

@googly-eyes: the price used to go up in like 2000 when I ordered stuff from catalog.. Like in 1994 when I ordered my American Girls from a catalog. LoL!
