I don't really leak, so don't have a habit of wearing nursing pads. The nipple cream is so greasy it has left grease stains on a couple bras, shirt and I noticed today on our sheets.
Anything you know to get it out? Tried Oxi-Clean and that didn't work.

I put dawn dish detergent on some of the stains on my shirt and it seemed to help.

It stained a bunch of mine too. I find that it helps if you wash it right away. Have you tried doing a cold soak before washing? I think hot washes set the stains in.

@Freckles: Yeah we did a cold soak in oxi-clean. Even tried this grease spray cleaner that gets out everything.
