I've made it to almost six months of breastfeeding. DS has only had formula a few times and each time he has had it I've been desperate because I hadn't pumped enough and ended up throwing the formula up a few hours after he had it...when he'd only had as little as 1 oz.
I'm making a last ditch effort to try and save my supply. I was only able to pump 6 oz in a 24 hour period on Friday and I need to pump at least two more oz to send to daycare with him tomorrow so he'll have 8 oz. (He's 6 months old).
I'm drinking mother's milk tea and taking reglan. More Milk Plus is on the way from Amazon. I've been making lactation cookies every week with tons of brewers yeast.
Pumping as much as I can and in the morning when my supply seems highest....drinking tons of water...I'm like what am I doing wrong? I am not wanting to quit breastfeeding at all, especially with the problems formula has given us!
