Watched an adult movie? I watched Smoky and the Bandit a few nights ago haha it's a feel good favorite for me.

Went shopping for yourself/by yourself? I spent a good hour in Sephora last week and it was glorious.

Went shopping for yourself/by yourself? Today I went grocery shopping. For clothes or house stuff? probably two weeks ago.

I more free time than some moms because I work 80% time but my kids go to school on my day off. So 1 day a week I get "free" time but usually I am doing laundry and dishes and grocery shopping.

Took a bubble bath? About a week ago DH and I went to Vegas! But I also take them semi regularly at home.

Painted your nails? - I haven't painted my own in years.

Got a mani/pedi? - I get them every week or two. So in the last week.

Got a massage? - Last week also in Vegas. But I have chronic back and neck pain so I get them at least monthly.

Had a girl's night? - Hmmm, maybe a month ago? Have another one a week from today.

Had a date night? - Last Saturday. We try to have 2-3 per month.

Slept 8 hours? - Almost every night. My kid sleeps 8-7:30/8. But in 6 months LO2 will be here and I know that will change.

Binge-watched a show? - truly binged, about 2-3 months ago. I went through parenthood again beginning to end. I've started watching other things but I wouldn't classify it quite as binge-y.

Watched an adult movie? Prob about 3 weeks ago. I watch too much TV to allow for a movie

Went shopping for yourself/by yourself? Yesterday my dentist appt got cancelled so I took advantage of the sitter and went to A Pea in the Pod.

Slept 8 hours? Off and on all the time! Currently my kids have been sleeping ok but the pregnancy stuff is keeping me up, good practice I guess!

Watched an adult movie? I always fall asleep but we have a ton recorded and turned one on last night.
Went shopping for yourself/by yourself? A week or so ago when I had an hour to wait for the glucose test. Not mostly for me but I did browse.

Took a bubble bath? No idea. I took a bath a year ago while laboring but it most definitely wasn't a relaxing bubble bath. I kind of hate baths tbh.

Went shopping for yourself/by yourself? Not long ago but I have a hard time shopping for myself and usually end up empty handed or stuff for other people...but I did buy myself some clothes recently but not alone.

Had a date night? DH and I go to a sit down breakfast and a lunch once a week, so that's our date situation right now.

Slept 8 hours? Most nights I get 7 hours but mostly because I stay up too late. My kids are great sleepers.

Binge-watched a show? The Crown a few weeks ago when I was sick.

Watched an adult movie? Usually once a week on my laptop in bed. I watch documentaries because I'm boring.

Went shopping for yourself/by yourself? Costco last week? I got some cute fall booties. Pretty much online shop exclusively these days!

I'm actually feeling pretty good about my self care when I look back at all of these!

Took a bubble bath? a couple nights ago, I'm a huge bath lover! I don't take them as often pregnant because I really only like the water super hot and I know its not good supposedly.

I have a newborn ... I can't even remember most of these things.

Also, I TOTALLY took sleep for granted. And date nights!!!
