So. I'm lazy. I have a good metabolism and genetics to thank otherwise I would be pretty heavy, I think!
DH really wants me to exercise for my health.
Got any good recommendations for someone who just wants a bit of light exercise to be toned & healthy? I've done Yoga & Pilates in the past.....and do go out on walks on the weekend with LO when schedule allows.
ETA: Free preferred! I can't trust my dedication enough to spend moola on it.
