ok ladies i need some help...
i tested on satrday with FMU at 9DPO...waited for a bit to see if something came up and nothing...walked away and came back about 5-7 minutes later and there was a second pink line...i kicked myself for throwing out my FMU so i could retest...tried again with SMU and BFN....tried again yesterday morning and again a BFN...what is up....i didnt test this morning..i was too scared too..HELP!!!! i unfortunatley dont have a picture to post to show...

@MrsCastro: Ugh-- that's so frustrating! Coming back only 7 minutes later would make me think that it's a real positive. BUT! I pulled a dollar store test out of the garbage and there was a definite line 24 hours later (I checked it at 5 minutes and then the next day). I got all excited thinking maybe it was real but it was not, it was just an evap line, and the disappointment was double.
What kind of test are you using? How many DPO are you? I think this is the time to break out the FRER and FMU tomorrow. If it is still negative, I would just assume that the line you saw was an evap line and you just have to wait it out until you get a BFP or AF. -
@Foodnerd81: I am 11DPO today...I used the "early pregnancy tests from earlypregnancytest.com" i have never seen a evap line on them before...and at that not a pink evap line...i wonder if it was just dye that didnt run its course, but it was a straight faint second pink line...

@MrsCastro: I mean, it sounds like a positive, but I got my hopes up so high last week and then they totally crashed, so I don't want to do that to you! But also, mine was 24 hours old, yours was only like 15 minutes it sounds like. I guess all you can do is keep POASing.

Argh! Why do I test early?!?! I wasn't going to POAS until Thursday but I caved this morning and tested at 10DPO...BFN of course, and now I am discouraged. Of course it's too early to know...many ladies don't get BFPs until 12 DPO or later. Why do I do this to myself?!?!

@kentuckygirl: I don't know why we do it to ourselves, but I'm breaking down and buying a pack of Wondfo tests on Amazon so I will feel less guilty about wasting a test when I do it!

@Foodnerd81: I do have the Wondfos and a back-up supply of FRERs and Digitals for whenever I see/imagine a faint line. It does help my wallet to use the Wondfo's but the dissapointment still hurts! Hoping we can both share a bunch of un-needed tests with other bees soon since we will have BFPs!

While my temp is still up, it's on the decline, and I started spotting today, so I'm pretty sure I'm out. Hoping to steal a turkey in November!

@kentuckygirl: I was doing the dollar store ones anyway, and just bought a couple of FRER for when I think I see a line, but I think the Wondfos will be even better. And yes, I am totally hoping they turn out to be a waste of money since I get a BFP right away.
@marionberry: I think the worst is when you are pretty sure you are out, with the spotting and temp going down, but you still have that little bit of hope hanging on when you know you should let it go. If it is AF, I hope she starts in full soon and at least lets you know for certain one way or the other!

Gah, I keep trying to take my mind off of things but all I can think about is how I would LOVE to tell everyone at Thanksgiving that we are preggo!! We are buying a new car right before Thanksgiving, and we could put a 'Baby on Board' sign on it so that we can cutely announce it to our family when we show them the car.....of course...that means I'd need to get pregnant... sigh....one more week til I can test >.<

@kentuckygirl: when I got my first BFP (pre-m/c), I didn't get it until like 16 DPO. I think @Mrs Castro was the same as well! Mine were all BFN prior to that.

@Bookworm: That would be adorable! I had thoughts like that too, before AF showed, so now I am refusing to let myself think about telling people at Christmas. Even though it would be perfect if I got a BFP next month.

I tested last night which was 10 DPO. BFN on wondfro strips.
I'm going to test again to tomorrow.

Hi ladies,
I'm late to the game, but hoping I can still join up for October. I just found HelloBee and am so excited! I was a Weddingbee junkie back when I was planning, so happy to be here now.
My estimated O date: Positive OPK on Oct. 17. FF says Oct. 19 (I think, this is my first month using both, so who knows if I did it right!)
POAS/AF date: 10/30 - 10/31
TTC cycle: M/C 12/2011, 6th cycle this time around, but this is the first with charting and OPKs. Previously just tried to time it with cycle dates, then had a funky cycle last time, so decided to get serious
Trying anything new this month: Just started exercising again, hoping that will help!
I'm wishing luck to all the ladies who have yet to POAS and baby dust to all!

Guess I might as well call out also. Even my CBEFM gave up on me
it doesn't want anymore sticks this cycle even though I never got a peak. Not sure why that bothers me, but it does. Maybe because I'm projecting my feeling of disappointment on to an inanimate object & allowing myself to feel rejected by it. Haha. Pity party for one, I have arrived!! It's cd37, but don't let that excite you, last cycle was 79 days and the one before that had to be induced by the dr at ~100days. Month 17 of not preventing, some months trying harder than others, but I'm still at 'I hope I O or get a period'. This month is harder than the others for some reason. I hope someone gets a BFP soon! We need some hope around here! -
@Jennimac: Oh no!! I'm so sorry to hear you've hit the 1 year mark *big, big, hugs* What are your next steps? Are you going to see a Dr? a RE? I'm pretty close to approaching the one year mark also, and I'm so nervous/scared about that!

Ugh October wasn't such a great month around here! We have a hurricane coming up the east coast now, and you know you always hear about a baby boom 9 months after one of those, so fingers crossed that it leads to good luck to all of us!
