Some stats first;
My estimated O date: Week of October 14 (I think)
POAS/AF date: (Guesstimating) Week of October 28
TTC cycle: 1st Cycle after M/C 8/16, officially started TTC June 2012.
Trying anything new this month: Starting yoga and joined a gym. When we got our BFP in July we were DTD every day i think this time we might switch to every other day.
Baby Dust, BFP's and Healthy & Happy are my wished for all!!!

I was an early September POAS'er and with my short cycles I plan to POAS again around 9/29. I will probably follow both threads since the group tends to migrate to the new thread a bit before the end of the month. My birthday is in October and fall is my favorite season! Here's hoping it is a lucky month for all of us!

My estimated O date: Week of September 24th - FF estimates my O date to be 9/28 based on last cycle but who knows!
POAS/AF date: If FF is correct, that would put me at the week of 10/8. At this point I'm just waiting for O so I will know more once that is closer!
TTC cycle: 2nd Cycle.
Trying anything new this month: Re-started temping, trying not to be too crazy about everything!

Finally getting to join one of these. Last month was our first month of "trying" but then DH was away for work for 2 weeks with my O date right in the middle.
My estimated O date: Very beginning of Oct
POAS/AF date: AF wouldn't be due until Oct. 17 and I would normally wait for that (really long LP), but we are going on an anniversary trip the weekend before so I'll probably POAS before we go, so Oct. 12.
TTC cycle: 2 if you count last month when we had no chance. First cycle we stand a chance 
Trying anything new this month: Um... actually being within 500 miles of my husband around O time?

My estimated O date: No idea. Haven't been O'ing
POAS/AF date: can I be a ???, I'm on CD73 today, no O. Dr will induce AF @CD80
TTC cycle: off BC since June '11, so we were NTNP, then trying since October '11. So 16 months off BC, but super long cycles, most anovulatory.
Trying anything new this month: I started with a new Chinese medicine & acupuncture fertility specialist. We're doing electro acu, trying get me to O! And herbs to warm me up. My temps are usually in the 96s so she needs me to warm up to get KU! I also bought a CBEFM but since AF hasn't been around I can't start using it : (

Hi Ladies! I'm excited that I get to join for October! I'm going through my second IVF (this time with frozen embryos) - so a little different circumstances than most on here - but I just love the Hellobee community.
A little background... DH (37) and I (34) tried on our own for about 7-8 months and then we went to the doc because I just felt like something wasn't right. Turns out DH has some issues with his swimmers and I have a blocked tube - that a pair! We did our first round of IVF in June/July, but I got pretty sick because of the medication and unfortunately we got a BFN. On the bright side, we ended up with really good embryos to freeze. So this cycle is a lot easier on me medication-wise (since I'm not being dosed up on weird hormones to make a bunch of eggs). We will be transferring two great quality 5-day embryos on Oct 4th and I will get to have my first blood test on Oct 13 (9 days past transfer). Of course this doesn't mean I can't POAS at home first, but I'm going to try to hold out until the morning of the 13th!
OK, enough about me! Wishing everyone the best this cycle!!
@Mrs. Bird: I've also been going to acupuncture and have been told to warm up my "utie" as DH and I call it. I really try to wear socks ALL the time (she wants me to keep my feet really warm), dry my hair immediately after showering, and drink warm drinks only. Isn't that electo acu kinda weird?

@GreenThumb: I'm sorry to hear you guys have had to go through so much trying to start a family! I'm hoping that the struggle to have a LO will make me more patient and appreciative once we finally have one. Yes, the electro acu is totally weird! TMI warning! I have noticed that it seems to increase blood flow *down there* after, like those evenings I kinda wanna jump hubs =D she says I have a weak yang, which is making me too cold. Are you charting? I haven't been doing it very long, but most of mine are in the 96s & I haven't gone over 97.2 unless I was sick or got completely tanked (classy I know, that's very rare though!). Have your temps gone up with the acu? The studies I've looked at for acu in conjunction with IVF are pretty amazing! Looks like doing it doing it before & right after really increase the chance of a successful transfer. I hope this is transfer sticks for you! A friend had a bad reaction to the hyper stimulation and that transfer wasn't sucessful for her, but the next one (just doing a transfer, not harvesting any eggs) was much easier & she got pregnant that time : )

I'm going to follow @Kentuckygirl (hoping it's not bad luck). I'm due to POAS 9/29 but in the event of a BFN and with my short cycles, I'll POAS 10/26 (the day after my bday). This would be cycle 7 for me and the only thing different we'll be doing is taking Fertile CM the whole month vs right before O. Best wishes to all!

I'm excited to join this month. This is our first cycle actually trying, so I'm pretty new at all this.
My estimated O date: Um, no idea right now. This is only my third month charting and my cycles are a bit irregular.
POAS/AF date: If things stay like they have been, AF should be due around mid-October. At least that's what FF is saying, but we'll see.
TTC cycle: 1
Trying anyting new this month: Just actually trying in general.

I'm not charting but using OPK's. This is cycle #2 post-miscarriage, #5 total. POAS date is 10/14. It's DH's 31st bday Now I just have to be patient and not test early. Otherwise, I'll ruin his bday surprise!

@Mrs. Bird: I did chart in the beginning, but haven't in awhile, so I don't know exactly how acupuncture is affecting my temps. But I can say that I have noticed reduced PMS - no cramping at all - and generally it helps me to reduce stress. Plus, I like that someone other than my doc is keeping a close eye on me. Thank you for your well wishes, and I really hope this is a great cycle for you, too!!!

My estimated O date: Sept 28-Oct 1?
POAS/AF date: October 15
TTC cycle: 8th since January (AF disappeared in February on our very first cycle trying... so annoying!).
Trying anything new this month: Dietary changes and hopefully I can get myself to the gym more often.

My estimated O date: Somewhere around Oct 9th
POAS/AF date: October 23rd, although maybe a little later if AF is going to take her sweet time again next month.
TTC cycle: 4 (and the last one before a 1-cycle break, I can't be 9 months pregnant next July because of standing in an out-of-province wedding).
Trying anything new this month: I've just started running again after taking a couple of months off post 1/2 marathon in June. Also - DH was at a teaching session at work this week all about fertility (hes a medical resident) and came home saying that "he has a plan!" which was totally cute. Because of our busy work schedules we haven't been the best baby-makers these past 3 cycles.... BDing is priority number one this month, especially around O-day!

This is the first time I get to jump in on the POAS board - I'm so excited!! I'm feeling optimistic about this cycle ...
Estimated O date: somewhere around September 27

Trying anything new this month: Trying to get into my yoga more, making some changes in diet, using CBEFM, and 100mg of Clomid instead of 50mg!

My estimated O date: Fertility Friend said 9/16, but I think it was 9/14.. although I didn't temp this month =/ So I'm not sure!
POAS/AF date: 10/2. AF Date is 10/1 but DH and I agreed to wait for a missed AF!
TTC cycle: Number UNO!
Also, I am fighting a terrible cold right now and to survive at work I took an OTC sinus headache medication completely forgetting I'm TTC! I'm anxious about this but I only took it once. Hopefully I'm just being paranoid!

@kpow: haha! I did that too! Except I said "screw it. I'm too miserable". If it makes you feel better, implantation hasn't happened yet, so the medicine won't do any harm.

This is round 1 for me, and I don't really know my O date. I just stopped taking BC and jumping right in, so best guess is around 9/30. Hoping to miss a period Oct and poas end of Oct.

I'm skeptical about joining since I don't feel like our timing was right, but in support with my girl @MrsCastro: , I'm in.
My estimated O date: I think I O'd on Sept 18/19? Not sure since I don't temp, and didn't do OPK's either
POAS/AF date: AF is due on Oct 6, but I'll probably POAS Oct 1 (12 DPO)
TTC cycle: 6 (incl the time before the loss)
Trying anything new this month: I drank green tea CD 1-7ish? Then I started taking Fertile CM here and there starting last week, and used pre-seed everytime we BD this week.

My estimated O date: FF estimates 10/5 but doesn't really have anything to compare it to...
POAS/AF date: AF due 10/20 (I'm really going to try and hold out until then because my OB will start monitoring my HcG as soon as I get a BFP, and then I'll have an ultrasound 1 week later - both to make sure it's not another ectopic. The longer I wait, obviously the better chance of seeing anything in *hopefully* my uterus that early.)
TTC cycle: 1st actively trying
Trying anything new this month: Everything is new! Temping/charting, OPKs, and I only have one fallopian tube now - ha!

@mango.sprays: my SIL had her right ovary removed years ago...and she thought it would be near impossible to become pregnant...she went as far as disclousing to her BF (at the time) when they got more serious...he told her he didnt care, he loved her regardless, about 7-8 years later she has my godson who is 6 and a daughter who is 4....hoping for a BFP and a healthy pregnancy for you!!!

@mrscastro I LOVE to hear stories like that! I'm fortunate that I still have both ovaries, so I should still O every cycle but it's unlikely (though apparently not impossible) to conceive after Oing on the "bad" side.

ok after a little health scare I'm ready for cycle 2... woop wooop!!!
My estimated O date: I;m pretty sure it was today based on body signs.. but it was predicted between the 20th and the 24th..so we are BDing our little hearts out!
POAS/AF date: October 6th ( if I can hold out the long)
TTC cycle: attempt 2.
Trying anything new this month: Dietary changes, more exercise and more BD than ever!!! lol
...unfortunately I've added some medication to the mix but the doc's assured me they are baby safe and i'm not coming off them anytime too soon - stupid blood pressure!

Hi!! Semi-regular poster gone anonymous to join this thread! This is cycle #1 TTC #2. Only my third cycle back after having #1. Got a positive OPK on CD 20 (was about to give up!), my normal cycle length is 30-32 days. Had a positive OPK at CD17 with my first pregnancy. Has anyone had experience with late O before? Do I still start testing around 10DPO? I'm new to the world of sharing the TTC process...thanks for having me!
