I made chicken broth in the crockpot last night (chopped carrots, onion, and celery) plus a whole cut up chicken and seasonings and it turned out WAY better than any time I've made it stovetop. SO chickeny and rich

My husbands FAVORITE Christmas treat is Nuts and Bolts, and I've always slow roasted it in the oven, however a few days ago I saw a post on Facebook about baking them in the slow cooker. I gave it a short, and they turned out pretty nicely!
