Hmm.. well we had a huge fight over the weekend. So these aren't totally normal behaviors, but I think partly DH trying to make it up!

1 - he washed the tub sunday night for me to take an oatmeal bath (he didn't know I already washed it..lol)
2 - he texted me yesterday to tell me to have a good day & that he loves me (I replied the same!)
3- he asked yesterday at dinnertime how I was feeling & how my nausea has been
4 - he texted me this morning to check how my doctor's appt went
5 - i picked up some zyrtec for him without being asked because his allergies have gotten awful

Let's see....

1. He brought me a glass of water and left my prenatal vitamins next to my nightstand last night so that I didn't have to go downstairs to get them
2. He filled up my gas tank last night so that I wouldn't get exposed to the fumes
3. He emailed me this morning reminding me to get my prenatal massage (which he suggested)
4. He canceled lunch plans with his friend on Friday so that he can have lunch with me instead (yay!)
5. He complemented me on my figure this morning before going to work. He said "From the back, you don't even look pregnant at all".

1. Called DH today at lunch and we talked about how much we can't wait to hang out tonight.
2. Told him I trust his judgement about our current housing connundrum.
3. We always say "I loved you" and to have a good day at work.
4. Snuggled on the couch last night watching TV together.
5. Does sex count as a positive interaction? I vote yes.
6. In the morning, I always tell our dog, "Be a good girl today." this morning, Mr. responded in a little girl voice, "Okay, Mommy, I will." It made me laugh.
7. Yesterday I made DH's lunch and we watched an episode of How I Met Your Mother during his lunch break. It's one of our favorite relaxing things to do together in the middle of the work day.
8. We visited and joked while we washed dishes last night. Chores are more bearable when we do them together.
9. DH carried in all the groceries even though I only had a few bags and could have done it myself.

That was actually kind of hard to think of that many things. How embarrassing!

1. He came to the grocery store with me after work and then helped me make dinner
2. He always makes my coffee and puts my toast in the toaster oven while I'm finishing getting ready in the morning
3. He gave me the best back massage last night without even being asked, because he knew how much it's been bothering me
4. I offered to run some errands for him that he hasn't had time for due to his work schedule
5. We say "I love you" and kiss before bed and before work every day
6. I made him some tea after dinner and warmed up a heating pad for his lower back.
7. He called me yesterday to ask if I thought October was too soon after the baby comes (due in Aug) to take a work trip for two days
8. We snuggled on the couch and talked about the baby and how excited we are
9. I made him his favorite dinner because I knew he'd had a really rough few days at work

I will go in reverse chronological order

1. We had a funny email chain this morning about how convenient it is that our baby is currently the size of a lime and it's almost cinco de mayo and our baby will probably be a big fan of margarita's some day!
2. This morning he took out the trash bin out to the street and I called him on my way to work to thank him for doing it so I didn't have to.
3. He took care of the pup this morning so I could spend extra time in bed since he knew I hadn't been feeling great.
4. He was very understanding of the fact the because of money reasons and other commitments I can't fly home to MA with him for an upcoming wedding of one of his friends, even though I know he really wishes I could.
5. Last night we cooked his favorite dinner together and then he cleaned up since dirty dish smells tend to get to me lately. I then fell asleep on the couch and he got the bed made all nice and tidy for me.
6. I have been having a lot of hip/back pain. He's a former athlete and good at dealing with aches and pains so he stretched me out when he got home from work. I know that sounds dirty, it was not.
7. When I went to the grocery store last night I bought all the supplies to make him an apple pie (his fave dessert) sometime this week to thank him for being so awesome to me since I've been pregnant. He was very appreciative/psyched about this.
8. Before I went to the store we did some nice menu planning together. We are excited to be having a friend over for dinner tonight. She is preggers too and her husband is leaving today for 6 weeks to work on a contstruction project for his family and she's feeling pretty bummed.
9. Yesterday I called the water company to check on a payment that someone arrived late to them and got them to remove the late charges based on our stellar track record. Husband told me I am "his hero" for handling this.
10. Sunday evening we had a nice dinner together of take out pizza and talked about how much we missed each other while I was away in Chattanooga with some girl friends on Saturday and Saturday night.

This doesn't include lots of smooches and hand holding and I love yous in there. And there were no negative interations I can think of during the time period in which all of these occured. We've been in a super good place lately : )

1. Tucked me in when he got out of bed so that I'd stay warm
2. Kissed me good bye and said I love you on his way out to work
3. Texted me "good morning my love" around the time I wake up
4. Bought me a shirt bc he was getting himself one
5. Bought me cheesesticks on our drive home yesterday bc he knows how much I love them

Last Night:
I asked him if we could watch Hockey...like on my own asked without him having to beg lol He was beyond excited.
We also kiss each other before bed and say "I love you" and we do so in the morning before work as well.

Today:
He text me on his breaks at work to see how my day was going...this happens every day.
I took the garbage out without him asking
He finished the dishes for me even though it was my turn.
Text me randomly "I love you".

Oh gosh, everyday he finds someway to make me laugh.
1. The last txt I received was about an inside joke we have going.
2. He makes dinner and has it on the table when I get home with LO.
3. Took care of the cat hairball on the floor this morning before he left- he actually takes care of all cat duties. phew!
4. Gasses up the cars and does grocery shopping when I'm putting LO to bed.
5. It's so silly, but I still like the way he holds doors open for me. It's such a small, sweet gesture.

Mine start from the beginning of the week but here it goes:
1. I've been really weepy and kind down in the dumps so DH came home with a bouquet of flowers and yummy cupcakes from our favorite bakery after he worked all Sunday
2. We got some scary news about a possible induction and DH looked up and called about Saturday's birthing class
3. He downloaded an e-book about being a birthing coach lol (it was a big deal to me!)
4. I made him dinner for work last night
5. I've kept the house extremely quiet while he sleeps (he worked night's) and while entertaining DS
6. That song by Jason Mraz, "I won't give up on us" well DH calls it our song and I can't help but to feel good every time it comes on the radio
7. I always record Jeopardy since DH has been working night shift and after he wakes up in the afternoon we'll cuddle on the couch and play along while DS naps

@mrs. wagon: mmmm I love Tasti D. The absolute best is peanut butter and jelly swirl (pb and strawberry soft serve swirled together) with chocolate sprinkles!! When they put one in here in Nashville I was soooo excited!

@mrbee: I've had two! It's not the greatest ice cream cake but a GREAT sweet treat after dinner without having to feel guilty. The no artificial sweeteners thing really makes me happy because I actually do eat a lot of artificial sweeteners.
