I just got the Learning Zoo for DD, and I gotta say, even I had a lot of fun playing with it. The mat makes a nose for each of the animals, and says their name when you push the spot on the mat for that animal. DD was going CRAZY over it! (I felt bad that I had to put it away for Christmas)

ETA: Woah, just went to look it up, crazy $$! I got it on Craigslist, excellent condition for $10!

My son has one of these at grandma's house, but I'm not sure which one it is. He goes crazy for all of the animals, so my only suggestion is to go with the one that includes the most animals/little people.

Now I want to put this on my Christmas list for Xander!

I almost bought the Little People for LO last year. I still want it...but she's nearly 3 so too late for me I think.

Another thing to add. We have this set and my LO loves to "push" the kids on the swing.

However, the "swing" on the bottom zoo isn't much fun. Its very stiff and hardly moves. To "push" it you have to actually move the bird on top back and forth. Its not nearly as much fun for her.
