Spotting started 3 days before flow - which day counts as LMP? Spotting started ultra early, flow was just a few hours earlier than expected.

When spotting is enough to have to use a pad. That's what my Dr always told me anyways.

Flow is when LMP starts. Spotting is just that, spotting.

Fertility Friend says the first day of flow is always CD1... so spotting doesn't count. Your first day of flow should be your LMP date.
