LO is almost 7wks old. Ok so up until last weekend we did the pick up/put down thing and she napped in her moses basket just fine. We got to the point where we didn't need to go in and settle anymore. Then we got to 6wks and bam! we thought the 6wk growth spurt had hit and she was just going through a fussy spell and wouldn't settle well. If we've been holding her or if we keep rocking her she'll go down for almost 30mins and then wake up and can't settle again.
So a week later and we're still here. I don't think it's the growth spurt anymore, but I think it's way too early for object permanence. This feels like a massive regression. Basically she won't sleep for longer than the first sleep cycle unless she's being held, or the only exception is if we're driving, she'll sleep the whole time.
Anyone got any ideas what we can do until she gets old enough to properly sleep train??
