Anyone have experience with feeding your LO locust bean gum that's made from Carob Tree pods? I've been trying out a porridge for babies with milk protein intolerance that's also gluten free, it's called Sinlac, made by Nestle. DD has it everyday and she seems to really like it. She's been doing so well that we decided to also reintroduce milk (with her allergy doctor's encouragement) using her old formula. Well her hives are returning and I'm trying to figure out if it's the milk or perhaps a long term use of the porridge.
I immediately think it's the milk, but I just wanted to check in case anyone else has used locust bean gum before. Apparently, it's commonly added to applesauce. The tree is virtually pest-free so it's more organic, so it might be added into some organic apple sauce?
If you ever had your LO eating it regularly, I'd love to hear from you!
