I'm freaking out just a little - DD2 (17 months old) has a small lump on her chest, about an inch below her collarbone, which is the size of a small pea, somewhat softish, and moveable. It sounds like it might be a lymph node, but from my limited google research, enlarged lymph nodes in that area are not common and not really great news. I will be taking her to our GP tomorrow but I'm really trying not to freak myself out right now.

Other than that little spot, DD2 is perfectly fine. She had a bad chest infection a week or so ago (just viral, no antibiotics required) but she's been over that for a few days now. I noticed the lump on Saturday evening - wondering if there's a correlation?

Anyone ever have something like this? What did it turn out to be?
