I'm trying to finalize M's birthday brunch party menu and I plan on making some brunch casserole items- one or two egg type casseroles and a french toast casserole.
What are your favorite recipes that are made ahead of time that I can throw into the oven to warm/bake morning off?

I make this every year for Christmas morning. Nutella french toast. It's DELICIOUS.

I made this egg dish this past weekend...I made it up the night before and threw it in the oven. It was really good! The only thing I did different was to add some sauteed mushrooms before the egg mixture and added some yellow mustard and hot sauce to the eggs (personal preference). And I probably used more bacon then she called for, because bacon

It's not a baked dish but I made fruit and yogurt parfaits for J's first bday party - I made them the day before in dollar store champagne glasses and put the granola in a bowl on the side. They were a big hit.

I made this coffee cake for work today, it was gone in 10 minutes...for people who really don't eat many sweets...so good!
