I'm supposed to have a mammogram screening to follow up on one I had a year or so ago. We're actively TTC, and the scheduled appointment is right around when I might ovulate. Anyone know if this is okay?

I would maybe call them up and ask them, but I would think it probably ISN'T okay if you're pregnant, right? I know when I was pregnant, I didn't get my teeth x-ray'd, so I suspect it's similar to that?

Not sure... Can you reschedule it to pre-O? Sounds like it isn't a time sensitive thing.

I'd ask. My (totally uneducated) guess it that it might affect implantation? I got a breast MRI as a follow up to a mammogram right around the time I conceived and my doctor said it was fine that I had done that, but an MRI uses different technology so who knows. You definitely can't get a mammogram or MRI once you're pregnant or breastfeeding though.
